Jared Flagg joined Silverwest in 2014 as Managing Director, overseeing the development, operations and asset management functions of Silverwest’s hospitality investment portfolio. With a decade of experience in finance and hospitality, his experience spans all key disciplines including accounting/financial reporting, financial underwriting, commercial lending, project development, asset management, budgeting/strategic planning and performance analytics.

Prior to Silverwest, Jared was with Lowe Enterprises and its hotel management subsidiary Destination Hotels & Resorts (“DH&R”) as Vice President of DH&R’s Asset Management Group.  Key assignments included lead financial manager for the $250 million recapitalization of Terranea Resort and asset manager for a $300 million portfolio of 5 mixed-use seasonal resorts.  Jared graduated summa cum laude from UCLA with a degree in Mathematics/Economics.
