Jarrett Armstrong is a Partner and co-founder of Armstrong Capital Development, responsible for leading the acquisition, development, construction and property management functions within ACD.  Prior to ACD, Jarrett founded the Evergreen Group, a real estate investment firm, which was the precursor to the founding of ACD.  Previously, Jarrett served as a Vice President in the Investment Banking division of Jefferies & Company, a publicly traded investment bank.  During his investment banking career which took him to New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles, Jarrett advised on acquisition transactions valued in excess of $1.5 billion and raised in excess of $3.0 billion of debt and equity capital for corporate finance clients.

EDUCATION

Jarrett graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

FAVORITE THINGS

Jarrett enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of all that Colorado has to offer.  Alpine skiing – Jarrett recently discovered snowcat skiing -the outdoors, the local sports teams and Denver’s vibrant restaurant scene are among his favorite options.  Jarrett also values the opportunity to work with local “do good” organizations.  Jarrett presently serves as a Director for the Ace Scholarship Foundation and has volunteered in the past for noteworthy causes such as Regis Jesuit High School, Colorado Youth at Risk and the AIDS Foundation in California.
