Jason Lien, P.E. has more than 27 years of experience in the precast/prestressed concrete industry and is widely recognized as a knowledgeable and influential leader in the field. He currently serves as Executive Vice President of EnCon United, a holding company for four precast concrete manufacturing plants with combined revenues exceeding $125 million. In this role, Jason oversees day-to-day operations while also guiding strategic initiatives related to business development, capital investment, and technology integration.
Jason was named a Fellow of the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) in 2011, recognizing a decade of significant contributions to the industry. In 2024, he was honored as one of only 68 Titans of Industry, a distinction awarded to those with more than 20 years of exceptional service and leadership. He is also a two-time recipient of the Leslie D. Martin Award of Merit and actively contributes to numerous PCI technical, marketing, and educational committees and councils.
Deeply committed to education, Jason supports multiple PCI Foundation studio programs and serves as both a content creator and instructor for PCI’s Marketing and Sales School. He also teaches part-time at a local community college, helping to advance industry knowledge among the next generation of professionals.
He holds both B.S. and M.S. degrees in Engineering Systems from the Colorado School of Mines and is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer.
