Mr. Neiger is Vice President of Acquisitions at MCA Realty and is responsible for procuring investments and deploying capital in Industrial Real Estate across the Western United States. In this role, Mr. Neiger is responsible for sourcing investment properties, fostering old and building new broker/investor relationships, evaluating market trends, financial underwriting, asset due-diligence, and closing.

Mr. Neiger started his career in 2020, working as an intern at MCA Realty before being taken on full time as an Acquisitions Analyst. He served as an Acquisitions Analyst and Acquisitions Associate for two years each before taking on his current role as Vice President of Acquisitions.

Mr. Neiger graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder Leeds School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in Real Estate and Finance. He resides in Newport Beach and enjoys golfing, surfing, and spending time with family and friends.
