A veteran office leasing specialist, Jeff Castleton serves as an executive managing director at Newmark Knight Frank’s Denver office. Since joining Newmark Knight Frank in 2007, Mr. Castleton has completed over 350 transactions representing almost 4.0 million square feet. His successes have consistently placed him among the company’s Top 10 Producers. He was named the firm’s top producing broker at the company in 2010 and 2011.

Prior to joining NKF, Mr. Castleton worked at Trammell Crow Company, where he focused on project marketing and leasing, repositioning office buildings, asset disposition and market analysis. He previously served as the regional leasing director for Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, where he was directly responsible for its 6.5 million-square-foot Denver portfolio and a team of seven leasing agents. Additionally, he had sole responsibility for a 1.1 million-square-foot office portfolio in downtown and southeast Denver.
