Mr. Crawford is a Principal and Co-Founder of RMI Capital Management LLC, and has the responsibility for management and direction of the firm. Mr. Crawford has worked for over 35 years in Real Estate Asset Management and exclusively in healthcare for the last 27 years. Mr. Crawford is directly involved in all aspects of hospital portfolio management with an emphasis in representing hospitals with third-party medical office developers, strategic medical acquisitions and dispositions.

Mr. Crawford has extensive interaction with hospital CEOs, senior administrators, and legal counsel; as well as leasing/property management providers, architects, developers, auditors and accountants.

Mr. Crawford graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is a member and former Chairman of the Colorado Wildlife Commission and the Great Outdoors Colorado Trust Fund Board. He has served as a board member of Cherry Hills Country Club.
