Mr. Haag is a Managing Director in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. multi-family real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2023, Mr. Haag was a Senior Vice President at Carmel Partners, where he focused on development, acquisitions and dispositions. Previously, Mr. Haag was a Director at HFF, where he focused on investment sales of multifamily assets. In addition, Mr. Haag was an Analyst in the Equity Derivatives Group at Toronto Dominion Securities in Chicago. Mr. Haag holds a B.S. from the Ohio State University in Finance and an M.S. from the University of Denver in Real Estate.
