Jeff Sanders founded Mountain View Capital, LLC (MVC) in 2008 when he moved his family to Colorado from California. MVC is the umbrella company for the personal investment portfolio of Jeff and his wife, Mindy. MVC’s current Colorado apartment portfolio includes 1,600 units, with another 276-unit community under construction in Broomfield. MVC also invests in other asset classes and has three multifamily development sites in Colorado, consisting of 600 units, in the pipeline. Jeff began investing in multifamily in 2001 and has acquired or developed 5,000 units in the interim.

Jeff farmed wine grapes and nursery crops in California for over 20 years. He began his professional career as a mergers and acquisitions attorney at an international law firm based in Los Angeles. He earned his law degree at the University of Michigan and obtained his undergraduate degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
