Jennifer Hallinan DeLeon is a seasoned leader in commercial real estate with almost 20 years of progressive experience driving asset performance, operational excellence, and team development.

As Director of Asset Management at Hines, she oversees a diverse portfolio exceeding $500M in value, including Class A office, industrial and mixed-use assets. Her strategic oversight includes the development and execution of capital projects totaling more than $50M, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

Jennifer’s career at Hines began in 2012 and her rapid advancement through multiple leadership roles reflects her commitment to excellence, adaptability, and results-driven management. She is known for cultivating high-performing teams, implementing forward-thinking investment strategies, and integrating emerging technologies to enhance asset value.

Prior to joining Hines, Jennifer held roles at Grubb & Ellis (now Newmark), where she managed over 1.3 million square feet of mixed-use properties, and at Real Capital Solutions, where she supported leasing, research and growth strategies.

Outside of her professional role, Jennifer is passionate about creating beauty and balance in everyday life.
