As Vice President with Newmark, Jennifer Heede is responsible for Newmark’s Property Management operations and personnel in Denver. Jenn partners with the company’s local leasing and investment sales professionals to promote collaborative strategies and operational efficiencies for prospective, client and business development efforts to grow Newmark’s management portfolio. She has substantial expertise in budget preparation, operating expense reconciliations, lease administration, physical management, tenant and client relations and financial reporting.

Jenn brings over 23 years of experience in a diverse background in real estate and property management, specializing in multi-family, medical office, office, retail, industrial, storage and commercial owners’ associations. Prior to joining Newmark, she directed the property management division for Resolute Investments, where she was responsible for all property and asset management activities related to their commercial portfolio. As a member of the senior management team, she worked to strategize both short-range and long-range organizational goals.
