Since graduating from Harvard University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics, Jenny has led a career focused on finance and development. She worked as an analyst in the Real Estate Investment Banking group at Lehmann Brothers and later at Barclays Capital in New York. From there, Jenny served as a Vice President at Amstar, where she was responsible for managing development, underwriting, acquisition, asset management, and disposition for a variety of property types. Throughout her career, she has completed IPOs, M&As, sale, and financing transactions in excess of $5 billion. Today Jenny manages the development of The Coloradan in Union Station, and tomorrow she may very well identify our next promising opportunity. Jenny and her husband, Justin, met at an East West party and live in an East West property in downtown Denver. Together, they enjoy all that the city has to offer and embrace the one-car lifestyle that downtown affords. She is a member of the ULI Urban Development and Mixed Use Council-Platinum and is now the co-chair of ULI Colorado’s Young Leaders Group.
