As a Project Manager, Jeremy implements stok’s Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) and Sustainability Financial Impact Analysis (SFIA) tools to support project teams. With a background in finance and project management,​ Jeremy has spoken at national conferences about LCCA and developing a framework for quantifying the external benefits of high performance buildings, including productivity, retention, and occupant health and wellness. He joined stok to better demonstrate the economic benefits of sustainability initiatives through rigorous discounted cash flow models, identifying the economic value drivers on every project, and demonstrating how sustainable design can support them. Jeremy holds his Masters of Urban Planning from San Jose State University and a Bachelors in Financial Management from the University of St. Thomas
