Jessica co-founded ColeTaylor with Liz Taylor. Together, they have grown their assets under management to 1.5 million square feet and built a team of 23 employees in Denver.
Jessica’s experience has focused primarily on Class A office management with a specific emphasis on transitioning assets from construction to operations over the past eight years. Prior to ColeTaylor, Jessica served as Director of Property Management for Hines, overseeing Denver property management and engineering operations, totaling over 4 million square feet. Jessica is passionate about training and empowering her team to run their assets with a sense of pride and ownership, resulting in an optimal level of service for clients and tenants.
