Jessica Ginther is a Project Manager at HOK with over 15yrs experience specializing in performance driven science and technology facilities. She works closely with clients and multidisciplinary stakeholders to ensure guiding design principles and critical laboratory requirements are realized across every phase of delivery. Jessica is passionate about creating solutions that balance design excellence with functional performance, supporting discovery while enhancing the occupant experience. Known for her clarity in navigating highly technical and fast-evolving projects, she brings a collaborative approach to create alignment and continuity across complex teams. Her experience includes award-winning projects such as USC Dr. Allen and Charlotte Ginsburg Human-Centered Computation Hall, USC Michelson Center for Convergent Bioscience, Caltech Linde Hall of Mathematics and Physics, and the Caltech Ginsburg Center for Quantum Precision Measurement research facility currently under construction.
