Jim is an Executive Vice President for Kairoi Development leading the sourcing and execution of new developments. Over the last 20 years, Jim has been responsible for the development of over 5,000 units at a total cost basis of more than $700 million. Since joining the Kairoi team he has developed in excess of 1,700 units totaling $400 million in Dallas, Denver, Houston, and San Antonio. Jim served as the developer for the successful Joule development in Denver. At the time of sale, the property sold at the highest price per unit in Colorado history.

Jim received both his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Master of Real Estate in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University. When he isn’t working on large development projects he likes spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing, reading, and catching up with his kids and family.
