Jim Miller is the President and Chief Executive Officer. He has worked in real estate with his father, Micky Miller, since 1978 when he joined Miller-Davis Co.

Mr. Miller has been a key player in targeting significant real estate opportunities and developing new relationships through his extensive contacts in the real estate industry. He is experienced in a wide variety of innovative transactions involving all types of real estate.

Mr. Miller has been involved in sourcing and negotiating acquisitions, dispositions, equity ventures and financing; coordinating asset management and company operations; overseeing office building and hotel developments; supervising office leasing and marketing and hotel operations; directing and reviewing financial analyses; developing project and company business plans; and creating and organizing an office leasing and property management company and a hotel management company.

Mr. Miller serves on several non-profit boards and is a member of the Real Estate Roundtable.

Mr. Miller graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in economics, political science and theater studies.
