Current Responsibilities
As a Group Manager, Jodi is responsible for the oversight of over 2M RSF in downtown Denver. The properties include office, retail, and residential tenants. Her responsibilities include client relations, financial oversight, and regional level responsibilities. In addition, she manages capital and tenant improvement projects, building tenant relationships, and provides support and guidance to the administrative and engineering staff.
Experience
Jodi has 16 years in the commercial real estate industry, with experience in office, retail, and residential assets. Prior commercial real estate experience includes oversight of 1M RSF of commercial high-rise properties in the Denver Tech Center and over 800,000 RSF of mid-rise and campus style properties in the Denver Tech Center. Jodi joined JLL in the 2013 acquisition of Means Knaus Partners.
Education and Affiliations
Jodi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Michigan. She is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker. Jodi’s team at Independence Plaza was awarded Team of the Year in 2023. Jodi was awarded Community Connector (2024), Office Manager of the Year (2022 & 2015), Culture Warrior (2021), Connection Award (2020), and Property Manager of the Year with Means Knaus Partners (2012). She serves on the board of directors for the Denver Metro Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), a board member of the Downtown Denver Partnership’s Business Improvement District (BID), a member of the 16th Street Mall Champions group, and a CREW member serving on the Community Relations committee.
