Joe Zanone is a prominent figure in Denver’s real estate and capital project industries. Joe founded Zanone Project Management in 2019, built on the values of accountable trust, transparent communication, and a strong commitment to the community. His firm serves as the owner’s representative for notable clients, including GHD Architecture, Engineering, and Construction, and Mile High United Way, and has been involved in over 100 projects across 26 states and 4 Canadian provinces.
Joe is also highly active in the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors, having volunteered extensively with local industry associations. He has served as a board member for NAIOP Colorado and CoreNet Global, earning recognition as NAIOP Member of the Year in 2019 and being recognized on the CoreNet 36 Under 36 list in 2014. A Georgia Tech graduate, Joe is dedicated to philanthropy as the President of Guys Who Give Denver and a board member for Project Helping Hand. When he’s not working, Joe enjoys life in the Denver Highlands with his wife, two young children, and their dog, Frank.
