Senior Vice President, Capital Transactions

John Boynton joined Shorenstein in 2006. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating and closing capital transactions in the Western United States.

Mr. Boynton is a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Prior to joining Shorenstein, Mr. Boynton was an investment banking analyst at GCA Savvian, where he was responsible for assisting in the execution of M&A advisory and private capital fundraising assignments.

Mr. Boynton graduated from Middlebury College with a B.A.
