John Jordan is a member of the transaction team located in San Francisco for Real Estate US, a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management. He currently is responsible for investment opportunities in the Western Region.

Since transitioning to the transactions team in 2010, John has completed 31 transactions  valued at over USD 2.5B.

From 2006 to 2010 John was a member UBS Realty’s San Francisco based Asset Management Group where he oversaw a portfolio of office, industrial, multifamily, retail, and self storage investments.  During that time he was involved in the disposition and wind-up of 26 investments comprising over 2M square feet, and with an aggregate value over USD 500M.

Before joining the Western Region Asset Management group in 2006, John was a member of the Client and Portfolio Services team for two years in Hartford, Connecticut.
