John Mankus is the Executive Chairman of TRC and co-leads the company’s overall management. Before joining TRC in 2023, John was Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Plaza Fiesta, LLC, a real estate platform specializing in necessity-based retail shopping centers located in densely populated urban areas tailored to the needs of the Hispanic population they serve.

Prior to his role at Plaza Fiesta, John spent 17 years with Corporate Properties of the Americas as their Executive Vice President. He was a key leader of the team that established CPA as one of Mexico’s leading industrial real estate companies, from start-up to over 30 million square feet of high-quality manufacturing and distribution facilities in prime locations throughout the country.
