Jon Hauser founded Drake Real Estate Services in 1997. Jon manages each project on a daily basis. In addition, he seeks new opportunities in the marketplace, fosters and maintains strong relationships within the real estate and lending communities, and ensures the company achieves its financial objectives. Jon was formerly the Director of Real Estate for Boston Market Restaurants and Einstein Bros. Bagel Co. Prior to that, he represented national retail clients and a portfolio of landlords as a retail real estate broker. He has a Business Degree from Drake University, is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is a licensed real estate broker.
