Jordan is responsible for executing the company’s vision, spearheading equity relationships, and overseeing all acquisitions for the firm. Prior to founding Arileus, Jordan worked as the Director of Acquisitions for JS Western Retail Investments, acquiring real estate investments and helping oversee JS Western’s portfolio of over $100 Million in total assets. Prior to JS Western, Jordan was an Associate at Blueprint Real Estate Advisors. Jordan specialized in the origination and execution of healthcare real estate transactions in the Western United States.

Prior to Blueprint, Jordan worked for AIPAC, a bi-partisan political lobby working to strengthen the US-Israel relationship. Jordan worked with current and prospective investors fulfilling the mission of the organization.

Jordan received a bachelor’s degree in counter-terrorism and conflict resolution from the Interdisciplinary Center in Israel. He is a Club Member of AIPAC, member of the Jewish Federation’s Community Leadership Institute, and the Director of Key Relationships for The Nation Foundation. Jordan enjoys spending time in the mountains, hanging out with his dog, and spending time with his family.
