Mr. Havey manages a growing consulting firm specializing in energy efficiency, commissioning, and retro-commissioning with offices and projects around the country. Active clients include UC Health, Stanford University, Hines, and Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Joe was Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers, responsible for design, construction, facilities and leasing in 100+  locations. He was Vice President at Denver Place, where his team completed the largest energy retrofit in Denver history and the first Energy Star and LEED-EB building in Colorado. He was Regional Chief Engineer with Hines managing large buildings in several cities. He has a M.S. degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, and is an Adjunct Professor in the same program.
