Over the past 30 years, Josh has worked with his clients to deliver highly successful and memorable buildings. From his perspective, success is measured by the client’s level of engagement and delight in the result, the sustainable strategies achieved on the project, and the craft evident in the final product.

Josh’s current projects include a new headquarters for Ball Corporation, a large mixed-use development for the Colorado Rockies, and a new campus and net zero headquarters for Denver Water. Recently completed projects include Google’s new offices in Boulder and BP’s headquarters on Platte street.

Josh moved to Colorado in 1980 from Boston to attend the University of Colorado and obtained a Masters in Architecture. He returned to CU in 1995 to get his MBA. Josh is a Past President of the Colorado Chapter of CoreNet Global and is currently on the advisory board of CU Denver’s business school. He has been an active member of the Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce Board, MDEDC Board of Governors, and Design Futures Council Board.

In his spare time, Josh loves to mountain bike, hang out with his dogs, and cook.
