As Senior Vice President for Echelon Property Group, Judy oversees the global operations, leadership team, and overall performance of the management portfolio and is an integral part of establishing and executing the company’s strategic vision and culture. Judy has a strong background in revenue management and is influential in driving the financial performance of the portfolio. Prior to joining Echelon in 2013, she was an essential part of Equity Residential’s Denver office for more than 15 years. In her most recent position as Acting Area Vice President, she was responsible for the oversight and performance of up to 25 properties consisting of over 8,200 apartment units as well as over 200 on-sight employees and local corporate support team. Prior to this role, she was a Senior Regional Manager with hands-on management responsibilities of a large portfolio of properties ranging from Class A to Class C, and new lease-ups and renovation properties. Judy has a broad background of experience in the multifamily business and is known for her ability to maximize operating performance by engaging and motivating on-site team members as well as mentoring and training Regional Managers. Prior to joining Equity, she worked in the fee management business for Spectrum Real Estate Services, Inc., and was an integral part of that company’s management team and worked on over 100 receiverships. Judy holds CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. She also held the President and Treasurer seats on the St Luke’s redevelopment district in downtown Denver for more than six years.
