Professional Experience
Judy is the Managing Director of CBRE’s Property Management portfolio, overseeing a diverse range of over 28 million square feet across key markets including Denver, Boulder, Ft. Collins, Colorado Springs, and the Denver Tech Center. The portfolio encompasses various property types, such as office, retail, industrial, medical office buildings, life sciences, and distressed receivership assets.

With over 34 years of experience in commercial real estate management, Judy excels in providing strategic partnership and guidance to clients and leasing colleagues, consistently delivering exceptional outcomes. She has held multiple leadership roles within property management, including supervision of leadership and management teams, hiring and training staff, developing operational procedures, budget reviews, due diligence, and client relations.

Judy has significant expertise in all facets of property management, including office, medical office, retail, industrial, life science, and receivership management. She has successfully managed and acted as a receiver on numerous receivership projects, totaling over 2 million square feet across both office and retail sectors. Her adept management has ensured cost control, maintained high occupancy rates, and streamlined operations.

Before joining CBRE in 2006 following the acquisition of Trammell Crow Company (TCC), Judy served as a Senior Property Manager at TCC, further enhancing her extensive knowledge and experience in the industry.
