Joined in 2012

At Zeppelin, Justin focuses on leasing, project management and hospitality. He has led the development of The Source Hotel & Market Hall where he oversaw the build-out, including the independent tenant spaces. Justin was always involved in the River North community, even prior to joining Zeppelin. He has served on multiple steering and stakeholder committees for the City of Denver, led the creation of the design guidelines for River North, co-founded the River North Urban Improvement Committee, led efforts to create the Business and General Improvement Districts in River North, serves as the Chair of the River North Business Improvement Districts and is a board member for the River North Art District. He was also a recipient of Colorado’s 2018 Most Influential Young Professionals Award. Justin holds an Urban Land Use Planning degree from Metropolitan State University and makes a mean taco.
