Justin has been involved in public accounting since 1997. He primarily works on flow through entities with a focus on partnerships with complex equity structures. He assists clients with innovative planning and transaction work, including entity structuring, partnership roll-ups, mergers and acquisitions, special allocations, 1031 exchanges, distressed debt restructuring, and engineering-based cost segregation studies. Justin is a frequent author of articles for the AICPA tax advisor.
