Kate is a Director of Asset Management with Hines in Denver. She started with the firm in 2015 as an accountant and made the switch to Asset Management in early 2022. Kate oversees existing office and multi-family assets in both Denver and Phoenix, and also works alongside the acquisition and development teams in future pursuits. Kate earned her Master’s degree in Accounting from Montana State University.
