I have always loved doing this work. It’s like putting together pieces to a puzzle, only here, when you’re done, you’ve contributed to the greater landscape of a community in such a positive way. What gives me the drive is finding both new and old sites to improve, and then adding my unique sense of design and creativity to see how our company can make them better, more valuable, more desirable and more successful. Some of the sites we work on have existed for years untouched and unimproved upon. Many are an eye sore for the community and a missed opportunity overall. We don’t do anything speculatively. Our highly calculated approach almost ensures that when we get involved, we will succeed —part luck, part circumstance, part hard work, but always with intention. I know that the energy I put into something will always come back. I know that through persistence, organization, knowledge and experience, I can look at a project and know that when we deliver, it is exactly as it should be.
