Keith Simon is the Executive Vice President of Coventry Development Corporation and Community Development Director for the 3,500 acre Ridgegate community in Lone Tree, Colorado and the 2,000 acre Springwoods Village community in Spring, Texas.  He previously specialized in community planning projects ranging from 20,000 acre new towns to 20 acre infill neighborhoods as a Principal with Design Workshop, Inc. in Denver, Colorado, a Partner with Wimmer Yamada & Associates in San Diego, California and as an Associate with Caudill Rowlett Scott in Houston, Texas.

Keith serves on the boards of numerous metropolitan and improvement districts, residential associations, economic development agencies and transit management associations in Texas and Colorado.

Keith is an Honors graduate of Michigan State University and the LEADERSHIP programs in San Diego, California and Albuquerque, New Mexico.
