In this role, I specialize in publicly traded and private equity-backed organizations and have extensive expertise in business combinations, debt and equity transactions, derivatives, and other fair value-related items.

In addition to my deep industry knowledge, my clients appreciate my accessibility and that I’m proactive on technical issues. I enjoy having strategy discussions with clients that yield long-term benefits because I truly care about their successes. With more than 15 years of experience, I’ve spoken at many industry conferences and events. Recent topics include current and developing technical accounting issues as well as women in leadership. I’m a member of the AICPA and the Colorado Society of CPAs.
