Throughout Kelly’s 28 years of experience in retail leasing, he has represented premier retail project listings and tenants in the Denver Metropolitan area. His expertise in leasing restaurant and urban specialty has lead him to negotiate over 170 restaurant transactions with some of Denver’s most prominent chains and operations, including: Marg’s Taco Bistro, Sullivan’s Steakhouse, Stueben’s, Lola, Udi’s, Tamayo, Earl’s, Oceanaire, Famous Dave’s Barbeque, Osteria Marco, Jing, Cholon, Chinook Tavern, Hacienda Colorado, TAG, et al.

This long-time experience is an advantage to Kelly’s clients who rely on accurate, timely, and effective advice. In the industry, he is well known for integrity and the ability to listen to and understand the client’s goals and business model. Kelly’s extensive presence in the market creates signifi cant opportunities for his clients. As a result, Kelly knows virtually every local player in retail development and leasing on a fi rst name basis and literally has a fi nger on the pulse of urban and specialty retail real estate in Colorado.

As an acknowledgement to Kelly’s productivity, he has consistently ranked within the Top 10 retail brokers in the state as recognized by the Denver Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitters” annual list. In addition, has been recognized numerous times by DMCAR for being one of the Top 5 Retail Brokers in production.

EDUCATION

Kelly earned a Master of Arts in Education degree from the University of Denver as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science degree from the University of Colorado.
