Ken Himel started with David/Hicks & Lampert Brokerage in 2001 coming from a 10 year career in the restaurant industry. Ken has been successful in using his restaurant background to represent the real estate needs of restaurant tenants including Buffalo Wild Wings, Houstons, Rubio’s Mexican Grill, Cantina Laredo, Gordon Biersch/Craftworks, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Kona Grill, Rumbi Island Grill, McGrath’s Fishhouse, Bar Louie, LoDo’s and many more. Today Ken has broadened his business to include Landlord representation for specialty retail projects. Ken has successfully leased several notable retail developments from conception to opening throughout the Denver Metro area ranging in size from 15,000 to 100,000 square feet. Ken is considered one of the top retail specialists in both tenant representation and new development leasing in the state of Colorado.
