Ken has been involved for more than 30 years with the planning and designing of hundreds of thousands of acres of land and millions of square feet of buildings. As a seasoned Real Estate Development Professional, Ken has worked on large scale master-planned communities as well as site-specific development projects. Ken’s portfolio includes golf course communities, mixed-use, commercial and industrial spaces, adaptive reuse projects, and resort properties throughout the United States, Caribbean, Africa and Mexico. Ken has a wide range of skill sets including an in-depth understanding of Civil Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Zoning, Finance, Marketing, and Conflict Resolution. In addition to being a licensed design professional Ken holds an Undergraduate degree in Architecture as well as an MBA and Master of Science in Finance and a Master of Landscape Architecture & Urban Design. Ken is a Licensed Landscape Architect in 15 states including Colorado.
