Kevin Doyle is a Senior Business Development Officer for Wells Fargo Small Business Administration (SBA) Lending in Denver, CO. As part of the SBA Lending team, Mr. Doyle provides expertise to small business owners helping them choose the appropriate loans for their growing companies.  He also implements financing solutions based on a comprehensive understanding of the business owner’s goals and visions.  He specializes in the financing of owner-occupied commercial real estate (purchase and construction) and business acquisition transactions.

Mr. Doyle has worked for Wells Fargo for the last 21 years with a core focus on commercial lending to small / medium sized businesses.  For the past 17 years, his concentration has been exclusive to the Bank’s SBA Lending Division.  During this time, he has originated over $425 million in SBA 7(a) and 504 loans to over 500 Colorado businesses.

His accomplishments include consistent annual loan production in the top 5% of all Wells Fargo SBA lenders nationwide.  He also holds the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award for generating more career SBA loans than all other Wells Fargo lenders in the United States.  This sales activity is in addition to the management of the seven person Wells Fargo Colorado SBA sales team.

Mr. Doyle earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Iowa.

An avid runner and Iowa Hawkeye sports fan, Mr. Doyle resides in Highlands Ranch with his wife and two daughters.
