Kevin Foley and his team are responsible for the leasing efforts in a portfolio of institutionally-owned, Class AA & A buildings in the Central Business District totaling approximately 3.2 million SF, specifically including all aspects of marketing, broker interaction, market information and intelligence, deal analysis, lease negotiation & processing, budgeting, and overall leasing / marketing strategy.

Kevin has nearly 30 years of experience in various commercial real estate functions. Previously, Kevin was Senior Vice President of Landlord Representation for the Downtown Denver area with CBRE. Before CBRE, Kevin was the Director of Leasing for Equity Office Properties Trust (EOPT) where he was responsible for the successful leasing and marketing of a 2.9 million SF portfolio of Class A and B buildings with an aggregate value in excess of $750,000,000 in Denver’s Central Business District. During his tenure with EOPT, CBRE and JLL, Kevin has been directly responsible for the completion of over 1,000 leasing transactions totaling over 10,000,000 rentable square feet.
