Current Responsibilities

As a regional director, Kevin oversees United Properties’ development and investment business in Colorado.  He has more than 30 years of experience in the development, acquisition, financing and disposition of more than 500 properties representing nearly $4 billion in value.

Redevelopment of a 300,000 sf community center anchored by King Soopers, 24 Hour Fitness, Ace Hardware and Office Depot in Colorado Springs

Plaza at Highlands Ranch
The acquisition and redevelopment of a 250,000 sf retail center anchored by Target, Sprouts Farmers Market and Floor & Decor

Plaza Las Americas
A 90,000 sq. ft. retail development  anchored by Walmart Neighborhood Markets

Enterprise Business Center
A 1.1 million sq. ft. industrial park under development on 65 acres at I-70 and Havana

61 Inverness
Acquisition and re-tenanting of a 90,000 sf suburban office building in the Inverness Business Park 

Education

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and a Master of Business Administration in real estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Professional Involvement

Kevin is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a board member of the University of Colorado Real Estate Council, NAIOP and Rocky Mountain Human Services.
