Kevin O’Neil is the President & Chief Executive Officer of the newly formed Healthcare unit, Fidelis Healthcare Partners (FHP).  Like our parent Fidelis Realty Partners (FRP), Fidelis Healthcare is a full service real estate firm.  FHP is focused on delivering relationship-based solutions to prominent hospital systems and physician groups across the country.  FHP’s core business is the long-term ownership of hospital sponsored medical real estate both on campus and off.  This ownership will occur either through Development or Acquisition, whether individually or as a portfolio.  FHP is well-capitalized with efficient, flexible, and patient capital who wants to be a long-term partner of select hospital systems.

Kevin brings thirty years of diverse Real Estate background including more than twenty years of Healthcare Real Estate experience to this venture.  Kevin has recently resigned from his role as Executive Managing Director of CBRE Healthcare to lead Fidelis Healthcare.  During his thirty year tenure with CBRE/Trammell Crow Company, he was instrumental in helping build the market leading Real Estate Healthcare practice in the country.   On the Services side of the business, this practice has over 2,000 employees and 130 million square feet of facilities management duties.  CBRE Healthcare  has enjoyed a long-term working relationship with many of the leading Healthcare systems, with Kevin working directly with over 20 of the country’s 100 largest systems.  In the Project Management service line, CBRE/TCC Healthcare has consistently been ranked among the top 3 developers in Modern Healthcare’s survey since 2005.

Kevin was also a founding partner of Trammell Crow Company’s Healthcare business.  He was instrumental in driving the launch and growth of their development Medical Office Fund, Partners Health Trust (PHT) in 2004.  PHT developed and owned 2.2 million square feet of on campus Medical Office Buildings between 2004 and 2012 with Kevin playing an active role in the majority of these developments.

Kevin has an MBA in Finance from Arizona State University and a BA in History from Williams College.  He worked for four years in Administration for Scottsdale Memorial Health, now Honor Health.  He also spent several years in diverse roles with Price Waterhouse in both Phoenix and Dallas.  He has lived for thirty years in Dallas, Texas with his wife Paula, his two adult daughters, and three grandchildren.
