Kim Woods is an Assistant Property Manager for Cushman & Wakefield supporting a 9 building portfolio in the Denver Tech Center. She has worked in the Commercial Real Estate industry for eight years for both Owner/Operators as well as Third Party Management. She began her career as a Tenant Services Coordinator with Unico Properties and was promoted to Property Administrator. She left Unico and has since worked for Cushman & Wakefield as a Property Assistant and now an Assistant Property Manager.
