Kimberly Eggers is a senior analyst at Empower Investments – a retirement recordkeeping and financial services company. Her primary responsibilities include commercial real estate loan origination, valuation analysis, due diligence, and asset management. She has been with Empower for 18 years. Kimberly holds a master’s degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. She currently sits on the board of directors for the Rocky Mountain Chapter of National Charity League.
