As an assistant director in Savills Denver office, Kirsty Cameron assists clients with the development of corporate real estate strategies that help them maximize their business potential. To do so, Kirsty analyzes the financial implications of various real estate opportunities including lease and purchase scenarios, subsequently considering how they align with her client’s business objectives. With over five years as an advisor, Kirsty properly aligns her clients’ objectives with available real estate. Her in-depth market research and financial analysis make the optimization of real estate transaction structuring possible. In addition, after managing the entire transaction, Kirsty provides guidance on lease negotiations.

Kirsty joined Savills in 2018 from Cresa, where she was a business development advisor helping businesses understand how real estate strategy can support their business needs. Prior to that she was vice president of corporate financial relationships for the Two Rivers Water and Farming Company in Denver.
