As Director of Community Development for Colorado Housing Finance Authority (CHFA), Kristi leads a team responsible for multifamily lending, Housing Tax Credit allocation, and business finance, supporting CHFA’s mission to strengthen Colorado by investing in affordable housing and community development.
Following more than a decade of experience in asset management and development, Kristi joined CHFA in 2010 as a member of the Asset Management Division. In 2017, her role expanded to include oversight of multifamily underwriting within CHFA’s Community Development division. Kristi graduated from the University of Colorado Denver and is an alumni of the National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA) Executive Development Program.
