As Senior Vice President, Community Development/General Manager of Baseline by McWhinney, Kyle directs and oversees the strategy, vision and execution, as well as the development and management of the 1,100-acre master planned community. He also assists with the strategy and expansion of McWhinney’s master planned community portfolio and leads the company’s sustainability initiatives. Prior to joining McWhinney, Kyle was CEO of Granby Ranch, a 5,000-acre mixed-use resort community where he was responsible for master planning, entitlements, amenity operations, and land development for both residential and commercial projects. Kyle began his real estate career as Project Manager with Hines, where he helped develop the initial phases of the base area redevelopment of Winter Park Resort. He is an associate member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the board of Smart Commute Metro North and the Executive Board for Swallow Hill Music. Kyle holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School and an undergraduate degree from Duke University.
