Kyle is a Colorado native who graduated from the University of Montana before going on to earn a law degree from DePaul University. When Kyle joined Mickey at Zeppelin, he brought a unique understanding of the market. Kyle’s focus at Zeppelin has been transforming the underused, former industrial area of River North into a mixed-use neighborhood including the expansion of the TAXI community and the leasing, design and construction of The Source Hotel & Market Hall and Zeppelin Station. His social efforts are directed toward improving pedestrian and bike infrastructure and connectivity, advocating for the reclamation of the Platte River in River North and ensuring meaningful design in Denver’s built environment. He is actively involved in Denver advocacy groups such as Ditch the Ditch, NOlympics and the Green Roof Initiative.
