LaSarha Pass Swanson is a senior multifamily housing leader with +15 years of experience driving performance through people-focused leadership, culture, and development. She currently serves as a Regional Manager with Highmark Residential, where she works closely with executive and onsite leaders to build engaged teams, strengthen leadership capability, and support long-term growth.

LaSarha is passionate about motivating teams, attracting strong talent, and creating environments where leaders can grow and succeed. She holds the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation through the National Apartment Association, has been a CAPS facilitator since 2019 and is an active contributor to the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD) Learning and Development team. This allows her to continue to focus on leadership readiness, coaching, and promotion-from-within strategies that support both individual development and organizational health.

She has proudly served on the AAMD Leadership Team since 2022, currently serving as the 2026 Co-Chair for the EconXchange/Economic Conference, in addition to serving as a member of multiple other committees; contributing to broader conversations around engagement, leadership effectiveness, and the evolving expectations of today’s workforce.
