As the Director of KEPHART’s Senior Living Studio, Len leads the design of innovative spaces and liveable homes that provide dignity, comfort, and community for individuals in all stages of life. Since 2006, Len has focused his architectural work on creating senior living environments from affordable to luxury and across care levels that provide a high-quality of life.

Len is a nationally recognized industry expert on senior living design trends and has been a guest speaker at numerous conferences for organizations including LeadingAge Colorado and the Urban Land Institute. As a long-time resident of Boulder, Colorado, he invests much of his personal time in the community serving as a board member for the Museum of Boulder, Historic Boulder, and Golden West Senior Living. Len is also actively involved with LeadingAge Colorado, and is the co-chair of the Boulder chapter of the Urban Land Institute.
