Libby Park practices with the firm’s Health Transactions group and specializes in real estate and construction. Libby provides counsel to hospitals, health care systems and physicians to address diverse property and real estate issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Libby worked at a boutique law firm in Salt Lake City, Utah; served as a law clerk to the Honorable Raymond P. Moore at the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado; and counseled clients on commercial contracting and real estate matters at a large health care company in Denver, Colorado. Libby earned her undergraduate degree from Tufts University and her J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, where she served as an executive editor of the Utah Law Review and participated in the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition and the Roger J. Traynor Moot Court Competition.
Outside of the office, Libby enjoys spending time in the mountains and pursuing a variety of alpine adventures.
