Lillian Marsh is a brand strategist and archetype expert with a track record for positioning an eclectic range of brands to compete more effectively in today’s rapidly evolving and ever-changing business landscape. She partners with developers, investors, executives, and entrepreneurs to humanize their brands, using the superpowers of brand archetypes as an advantage to emotionally connect with customers and employees, alike.

Lillian initially cultivated her brand building approaches through high-level positions for some of the world’s most admired companies. She served as the global brand manager for Arrow Electronics and as a corporate brand strategist at IBM where she spent 13 years in various senior level marketing roles. She would later move on to lead all IBM’s strategic marketing for Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Travel & Transportation industries across North America.

 

Lillian’s brand consultancy, TinyWins, and empathy agency, Empathy Office, engage with the Fortune 500, middle-market companies, entrepreneurial ventures, and non-profit organizations to enable change in areas of Innovation & Experience, Marketing & Sales, and Organization & Culture. From local heroes like McWhinney and Sage Hospitality to global players like Blackstone and BMW, Lillian and her team have delivered extraordinary work for clients across a broad mix of disciplines, categories, and markets.

 

Lillian holds an MBA from Emory University and a B.S. in Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.
